Questions we get all the time - might save you a click

We're pretty flexible actually. Cancel up to 7 days before arrival and you'll get a full refund. Within that week window, there's a one-night charge. Peak season (December to March) needs 14 days notice. Life happens though - just talk to us and we'll work something out.

Absolutely! We've got designated pet-friendly suites and the trails out here are perfect for four-legged adventurers. There's a small cleaning fee ($50 per stay) and we ask that you keep 'em leashed in common areas. Dog beds and bowls available at the front desk.

We're about 10 minutes from Blackcomb's main base by our complimentary shuttle. Runs every 30 minutes during ski season, starting at 6:30 AM. Some guests prefer to drive and we've got heated underground parking with ski storage.

Highly recommend it, especially for weekend stays. Our spa's pretty popular and slots fill up fast. You can book online or call us directly. Walk-ins are welcome but you might be waiting around a bit. Better to plan ahead and guarantee your zen time.

You get free WiFi (it's actually fast), parking, shuttle service, fitness center access, and our evening s'mores by the fire pit. Continental breakfast is included too - nothing fancy but it'll fuel your adventures. The good stuff like spa treatments, fine dining, and guided excursions are extra.
