Straight Talk About Rates

Prices shift with the seasons - winter's peak time here in Whistler, so expect higher rates from December through March. Summer and fall? That's when you'll find better deals and honestly, the mountains look incredible then too. We're upfront about everything - what you see is what you pay, no sneaky resort fees or whatever.

Book direct with us and we'll throw in complimentary wellness center access plus free parking. Those booking sites charge us a cut, so we'd rather pass those savings to you instead.

Questions People Actually Ask

Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. Life happens, we get it. Peak season (holidays and winter weekends) requires 7 days notice - just being real about that.

Standard check-in's at 4pm, check-out at 11am. But shoot us a message when you book - if the room's available and clean, we'll let you in early or stay late for free. Can't promise anything during busy weekends though.

Dogs under 40 lbs are welcome in select rooms for a $75 fee per stay. We've got water bowls, treat jars, and even know the best dog-friendly trails. Just let us know when booking so we can set you up in a pet-friendly room.

Not automatically, but we've got an optional breakfast package for $28 per person. Our chef sources everything locally and makes a mean eggs benedict. You can also just grab something at the Forge Bar if you're not super hungry.

About 8 minutes by our complimentary shuttle, which runs every 20 minutes during ski season. Or it's a nice 15-minute walk if the weather's decent. We've got ski storage with boot warmers too - can't tell you how nice that is at 7am.
